Refund Policy

Creator Pass refunds

Creator Pass is a one-time digital purchase. You can request a refund within 7 days if the paid export features fail on your device, you purchased by mistake, or we cannot restore access after payment.

How to request

Email support@hungergamesimulator.org with your Google login email, Creem order ID, purchase email, and a short description. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

When refunds may be refused

We may refuse refunds for abuse, chargeback fraud, policy violations, repeated purchases/refunds, or heavy use followed by a refund request. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method via Creem. Bank and card processing times may vary.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can investigate access or duplicate payment issues. Chargebacks, payment disputes, reversals, or confirmed fraud may revoke Creator Pass access while the payment provider reviews the case.

Access after refund

Refunded, disputed, or reversed orders revoke Creator Pass access.
